You might have personal friendships with some of them, but I too would be astonished if any -S- members would be genuinely loyal to Morkin/FoM. The principles of that alliance are more or less the complete opposite to ours.

Not all follow said principles, in fact considering their past size of 70+ members I was surprised we didn't have more run-ins. I suppose they'd still be suicidal to pick on us though.

I don't want to start a flame war, but I still question the integrity of people who belonged to Shadows. The alliance was founded by a notorious multi and harboured several other known cheats. Even members who were sitting in the alliance passively were benefiting indirectly from multi accounting, due to the protection that comes with being in the same alliance as high ranking players.

I like to think that most of our members would not turn a blind eye to shabby behaviour just to gain a slight advantage—which is why -S- members wouldn't be suitable here in my opinion. But I'm happy to see them state their case if they wish to.

I'm willing to back eproxy on this, after a few brief interactions with said member, he seems like a good guy. However this cannot be said about most of -S-

You can't tar the whole alliance with the same brush, I want to see his questionnaire before making a decision based on dubious "evidence".

As I said in my questionnaire, I was previously in -S- shortly before joining FoM. The mere fact that I am now here should be enough reason to at least read what any other former -S- member has to say. I obviously left before they fell apart (which was inevitable after seeing how they worked from the inside) and the only reason why I didn't leave sooner was that I wanted see how the alliance would handle itself with Tyrant being wiped out. I never had any close interactions with any of the other members so I can't really vouch for anyone or bring anyone's dark secrets to light. In short, I think everyone should at least have the chance to state their case before anyone makes up their mind.

Would wanting to leave -S- now be viewed as a negative thing? Soon there are just going to be inactives left (fallen from 80+ to 45 members).

I think leaving is probably now inevitible. I don't want to bang on about it, but the difference as I see it is that onewhoknowsitall left because he didn't like the alliance, whereas current members are leaving because they don't have any other option.

1. I would like a more active, friendly, involved alliance. FoM seems the best place to be So far I have just been expanding but helping Morkin seems like a more worthy and more fun cause.
2. Well it seems to be breaking up anyway... Well when Tyrant was in Phoenix he semed alright, and when he set up his own alliance it seemed like a good idea as an alternative to Elite. After he was exposed and destroyed it wasn't quite the same without the guy that started it all.
3. None, some and none. I've never gone looking for trouble and trouble's never found me ^^ (not referring to the player) I lend stonies and catas out sometimes, but usually I fight with words I speak to a few players around me, but I don't really have and good friends on this server.

5. I've been playing IK.co.uk since the August before last (I think). Took me ages to colonise, what with being in ocean 6 next to many of Grover234's isles. Joined IK.com on start day
6. I'm a 17 year old, English male studying in upper sixth form, so I'm planning to go to Uni this autumn. I like cycling, most racquet sports (particularly squash), my motorbike and going out. Oh, and computers, just a bit

7. I presume you don't want specifics? All my isles are very defensive with lots of spears, I only really concentrate on fleets after the isle is fully functioning and researched. Roughly 400 LWS across all isles. I'm in ocean 1 mainly, and have just managed to colonise in ocean 21 (after five failed attempts to expand into a new ocean).
8. Best- Colonising for the first time.
Worst- Being hacked, having my fleets suicided at Grover234, and then having my colony taken off me again.
9. Well, they're bad. I've never taken a particulary proavtive approach to stopping them, but I've never been in an alliance which has done so either. There was a blatantly scripted isle next to me on .co.uk for a while, which just made stonies with a level 5 barracks. I just turned it into a great farm, and it later became my first colony.!
10. Peace treaty- Don't attack them unless attacked first.
Pact- As above, but also if the situation warrants it then we help them attack and defend too.
