I've got nothing against him, i dont think building that few ships is a good idea but at least it makes stealing his isles a lot harder!
I do wonder if he just wants to join us for protection though.

Aside from my general opinon on Shadows members, I don't think his application is particularly strong. He has quite a small army, considering that he signed up on day 1, and he also managed to get himself hacked somehow at some point. Plus, I am not personally a fan of people who write things like *FEEL INTIMIDATED* on their data, which tend to indicate a lack of maturity.
