First fatal mistake; he presumes it was a singular person who rejected him rather than the democratic actions of our alliance as a whole.

Yeah, oh well, that's life. It's not the end of the world. I am pretty sure I ruined my chances over this so reapplying would be pointless. I suppose I should start looking at other alliances. Thanks for all your help. I suppose I brought it on myself, I suppose I'll end up joining mod_axis now or something. Now I'm mad, haha.

I told him that a couple of people had voted against him, but that as a democracy we take everyones opinion into account and we are very cautious about new recruits. I didn't tell him who had voted against him obviously and I didn't expect him to be so stupid as to try messaging everyone in FoM.

I no longer support his entry into FoM, he's blown his chances with that stunt, pretty dumb if you ask me.

Being keen on it's own isn't sufficient reason to let him in.

Well that is a bit of an error, but the point about his avatar is entirely appropriate.

I find his old name & his new name for that matter crap.

His avatar is nice but totally inapproiate for a game played by many under 13. He should keep that type pic to his desktop rather then for the public.

Lastly, the message he sent us all after being rejected was over the top. That is nagging, i really dont like nagging, if he desperately wanted in he should have waited a few weeks before reapplying.

1. Why do you want to join us?
I would like to join FoM because I am friends with a few of the members and am very fond of all of them. FoM is also a peaceful alliance and I am not looking to start or be in a war anytime soon. I also wish to join because FoM is smaller and I would not like to be in a big alliance

2. If applicable why do you want to leave your current alliance?
I am an administrator in an alliance that consists of in-real-life friends. It is not working out too well as I am not friends with many of them anymore due to personal reasons. We don’t get along and I am wishing to leave and join a quieter alliance.

3. What is your IK history; List of Wars, Friends and Enemies.
The only war experience is when I cleared an inactive isle. I took out 6 cats and 10 stonethrowers. I have a few friends and they are all on my friend list. I do not have any enemies as I am a friendly person.

4. How would you describe yourself as a player, What are your traits, both good and bad?
I’m a very peaceful and active player. I am on many times a day and constantly building. But, I can be impatient at times and that always tends to work against me.

5. How much experience do you have of playing Inselkampf?
I have been playing Inselkampf.com since about the beginning of November. I have never played on the UK or German server.
6. How would you briefly describe yourself as a person: Age, Gender, Native Language, Hobbies, Education, Lifesituation and so on.
I am 17, male, English. I am in high school and I am a senior. I am going on to college to be a History teacher. My hobbies are computer programming, video games, and playing piano. I have a part time job that pays my car insurance and cell bill, haha.

7. Describe your current technical situation in the game. Isles, Fleets, Garrisons, which Ocean you are in etc.
I currently only have 1 isle because I am getting my main at 1000 before I colonize. My fleet is a decent size. I have:
58 LWS
3 LMS
42 SWS
30 SMS
194 Stone Throwers
442 Spearfighters
1 Catapult
Lvl 20 Stone Wall
I am in Ocean 4 and it is very peaceful. I have many [DIGG] members around me. I am constantly building warships, spearfighters, and at the moment Stone Throwers to ship to my new colony when I colonize.

8. What were your best and worst moments in the world of Inselkampf?
My best moment in Inselkampf is probably achieving the administrator spot in [EVO]. It was a great accomplishment. My worst moment was when I attacked an inactive and destroyed 6 cats, and 10 Stonethrowers but lost some ships and 81 Spearfighters.

9. What is you opinion of multis and scripters?
Multis and scripters ruin the game for everybody. People work hard and honestly to achieve a big score and multis give themselves an unfair advantage against these people.

10. Regarding pacts and peace treaties, what do you understand by those terms?
A peace treaty means members of the alliances will not attack the other. A pact means that members of the alliance will defend the other.

11. Are you aware that Morkin, and therefore FoM, are rather peacefull alliances not actively seeking domination or war.
Yes, I am aware of this. This is one of the key factors that I want to join FoM. I also enjoy the “Scorched Earth” policy as it would give me a sense of security.

12. Finally (thank god I hear you cry) please note anything which you feel might support your application to FoM.
I once applied here and was rejected on the account of loyalty. I hope this doesn’t happen again. I have took skulkrinbait’s advice and waited a few weeks. Please do not think that because I am an administrator of an alliance that I will not be loyal. My friends in the alliance are REAL LIFE and I am not getting along with them. They talk crap about me on the forums and so on. I really just want to get out of there and into an alliance where I will be respected. I would also like to apologize for the mass mailing a few weeks ago, it was stupid of me.

13. Are you currently in any wars/squabbles with other players? What combat have you been involved in on this server.
I plunder constantly, as it is a quick way to get resources. I plunder only inactive players but once I did plunder an active player. He sent me a message and I returned the stolen resources along with some extra. The only combat was the time I took out the 6 catapults and 10 stone throwers.

How did he come to be very fond of me?—I've never spoken to him. He isn't that bad a candidate, and I admire his tenacity, but I still don't think he's very suitable. I wouldn't decribe a fleet of 58 large warships as 'a decent size', and I don't understand why he wants to complete all building levels on his main isle before he colonises.

I suppose his desperation to join could work in our favour. In the current context of some FOM members being seen as "too quiet" by some, I reckon that this kid will certainly play an active part in forum life. Perhaps more importantly I have a feeling that he'll do exactly what he's told - in a nice, supportive, avuncular sort of way you understand

Therefore, I vote yes, but perhaps on a trial basis, if that's possible.

His usernames, both old and new are based on a Japanese rock band he likes.

I have to say no as he pissed off a lot of people with his pestering, while I do like people who are highly active he's just becoming a pain with his vast number of pointless PMs.

He should concentrate his activity to playing the damn game and perhaps then he'd have more than 1 island.

I doubt we can do much, the Orcs play by their own rules and don't go in for diplomacy.

I suggest you contact the admins of V|W and ask them what Orc did to them when they refused to pay tribute and they might give you some valuable advice!
