Testing for leakiness isn't a very exact science though. People are more likely to pass on information that's going to be of use to someone—if you said we were about to attack one of his friends, for example. Even in those cases, the leak wouldn't neccesarily make its way back to us.

Update
I have been relieved of my administrative position. I am getting very tired of [EVO]. They refuse to honor pacts and are trying to find loopholes. Is there anyway I can reapply before 3 weeks? I don't know if I can stay in here for 3 more weeks, and being without an alliance these days is suicide. If I cannot, I completely understand and will try my best to stick this out.

If I join another alliance it will only look like I am even less loyal than they think I am. I suppose I will wait it out. I hate being stuck in an alliance with no dignity. I feel out of place here. Maybe you could bring up in the forums that I have relieved myself of administrator and maybe you can have the 2 members who said no reconsider? I do not wish to join an alliance I plan on leaving, so joining FOIMP or SoH with leaving them later on just proves I am not loyal, and I am very loyal...as long as I am respected and in EVO i am not respected at all.

Hi. I have recently applied to FoM and I was rejected. Although I do not know who rejected me, I would like to state my case to all of you. I figured maybe when I reapply it will maybe make you feel like I really want to be in FoM, which I do.

I have the most respect for FoM out of any alliance. Peaceful and small, and that is just the way I like it. I used to be an administrator in [EVO], but I recently stepped down. [EVO] is in chaos and I look to an alliance with stability, and I see that in FoM. I was made administrator so they could have a picture, and that was their main reason for it. They are not honoring pacts and I would like to be out of there as soon as possible.

I also know that being without an alliance is suicide these days. And so, I turn to the most organized, peaceful alliance I know, [FoM]. My army is not so big, I now have 250 SF, 40LWS, 24SWS, and 101 Stonethrowers. I am building 27 Spearfighters as we speak. I would love to reapply to join you and I am willing to leave my alliance and go solo to prove to you that I am serious about joining FoM. If you could give me any tips on what would make me a better candidate please do and I will try my best to impress you!

If nothing else he is persistant, he has contacted 2 admins and a diplomat as listed in the profile in-game

No, it's not an exact science, but neither is our application process as a whole.

I have a good feeling about him, let him reapply in due course with more information and see what the outcome is then.

I like him, even when he's getting replys that he obviously doesnt like and he's having to stay in evo despite wanting to leave his messages are always polite and he is actually listening to what people are saying to him. and he didnt want to join another alliance as a stop gap before he could re-apply to us through a sense of fair play.
