Application Part 1
1. Why do you want to join us?
I would like to join [FoM] because it seems like a small, but tight group of members that are willing to do anything for each other. I would like to be in a smaller alliance that has good organizatin, which FoM seems to have.
2. If applicable why do you want to leave your current alliance?
I am an administrator in the alliance [EVO], we are ranked 20th. I want to leave because we suffer from many inactives and are not rising in ranks. I have tried many times to recruit new members and to merge smaller alliances with no luck. [EVO] is really disorganized and I just feel I need to get away from all of it.
3. What is your IK history; List of Wars, Friends and Enemies.
I have never played on the UK server. I started around mid November of last year. I have been on at least once a day, usually more, since then. I have never been in a war with anybody. I have many friends in Empire, as I was a diplomat in their alliance for about a month and a half. I also have friends in [EVO] as I am an admin. If you remember, in Empire I set up the treaties between Empire and FoM. I don't know if you will remember this. I do not have any enemies at this time since I am a peaceful player. Toxins, Rupaw, gonzo7, dimondius, alexjryan, fonzy1288, Errenden, firework3. These are a list of my closest friends on here.

4. How would you describe yourself as a player, What are your traits, both in good and bad?
As a player, I would describe myself as very peaceful and reasonable. I was a diplomat in Empire and EVO, and a diplomat must be able to talk reasonable. Another good trait is I actually listen when I am told to do something. Many members will ask for permission to do something in an alliance and when it is denied they do it anyway. I am not like this. A bad trait I have, is I am sometimes overly eager to atain a diplomat position. I have a tendency to message the admins probably a bit too much about it, but it has always paid off. I will make sure I don't do that in this alliance, as I'm sure no openings are available.
5. How much experience do you have of playing Inselkampf?
I have a good 2 1/2 months of experience playing Inselkampf. I have been on every day and I am very active in the forums. I started after all my real life friends did, and my score has passed them by 100+ because I am constently building.
6. How would you briefly describe yourself as a person: Age, Gender, Native Language, Hobbies, Education, Lifesituation and so on.
I am 17, male, English. I like to skateboard, program in JAVA, play Inselkampf(obviously, haha), and make new friends. I am in my Senior year of highschool. My life situation is my parents are divorced and everything I have I bought myself, haha.

7. Describe your current technical situation in the game. IE. isles, fleets, garrisons and which ocean you are in.
I have only 1 isle. I am in Ocean 4, from which I hear is a pretty peaceful ocean to be in, lucky me! I have 34 LWS, 21SWS, 200 Spearfighters, 60 Stonethrowers, and a level 18 Stone Wall. I am currently building 1 LWS a day. 1 SWS a day, and ten spearfighters a day.
8. What were your best and worst moments in the world of Inselkampf?
My best moment in the world of Inselkampf is probably acheiving the position of administrator in [EVO]. It was a great accomplishment for me. My worst moment in Inselkampf would probably be in Empire when we were about to go to war with a multi known as J-I-M. I was not prepared for a war but everything worked out fine.
9. What is you opinion of multis and scripters?
Haha, I made the rules on the EVO home page. Our last rule is, in fact, about multis. Multis ruin the game for everyone, and so do scripters. Many people try to play this game in real life and multis just ruin the fun. Scripting is cheating because it gives you an unfair advantage by changing the face of the game. Whether it is sending out automatic plundering missions, or simply showing you when your resources will fill up. Inselkampf was founded on the idea that all players will be equal and both multis and scripters go against this rule writen right on the inselkampf rule page. Sven needs to take more action against people like this.

10. Regarding pacts and peace treaties, what do you understand by those terms?
As a diplomat in two alliances I have a very good understanding of both. A peace treaty means that members of either alliance will NOT attack a member of the other alliance. It in no way involves going to war for eachother or anything like that. A pact means basically, all for one, and one for all. You are in this game together. You back eachother. You are brothers, and you do whatever you can for one another. A pact is lifelong, there are no "exceptions" If your brother needs help then you help them out no questions asked. A pact in my opinion is also a peace treaty.
11. Are you aware that Morkin, and therefore FoM, are rather peacefull alliances not actively seeking domination or war.
I am very well aware of this and that is why I want to join. I am not looking to commit suicide. This is one of the most inviting features of your alliance.
12. Are you currently in any wars/squabbles with other players? What combat have you been involved in on this server?
I am not in any wars or squabbles with other players. I have not been involved in any combat because my diplomatic skills seem to save more than just me from attacks, haha. I am not trying to brag but that's how it is.

13. Finally (thank god I hear you cry) please note anything which you feel might support your application to FoM.
I am a very active player and my score goes up every night, unless I am building an army all night and my score does not go up. I am very active in all my forums and I am very dedicated to the game. Obviously, I don't spend every minute of my life here but I am on quite a few times a day. I upgrade quite often and my score usually goes up between 10 and 20 a night. This may slow down as I approach level 20 everything. Also, since FoM is not currently seeking war I would not be a problem because I am peaceful and appreciate a good democratic alliance. I can take orders, and I would never disobey a command.
