Digg provided us some old threads, clearly showing Clause giving them info that was questionable.
We have accused him based on this stuff without giving him a change to defend himself.
This is a thread to discuss these allegations.
Anything that is said here must not leave this room.

July 24 beeing the last day i see. And to me, the posts were not malicios towards us... on the contrary. |

I'll be honest, I feel like I'm on trial here for charges I do not know, or understand. And it is rather hurtful to feel "investigated" by friends - but do what you must to clear the air on this. I have nothing to hide. EDIT: I was in Charlotte, NC on the weekend of the 24th of July. Calamity can verify - we even have pictures. I remember this clearly, because it was my birthday weekend. Not sure if that's relevant...

Yes. Rough estimate would be discussing it informally roughly a week prior to the formal application, though it was considered for many, many months, with increasing consideration commensurate to my increasing irritation and burnout with DIGG.
Rough estimate of 5-7 days unaffiliated before moving into Luxor formally.

Just my two cents, but if we're going to do this properly, evidence of the "crime" needs to be brought forward. :/
I don't see how Clause can defend himself if he doesn't know whats being held against him...and if he does...then...I dunno.

will we be let on to any of this "information" provided by digg that was deemed questionable? At the time these posts were made, I would have still been Digg staff w/ full admin level access.. I'd remember them all.

Good God, and I was actually nervous about this from some of the cryptic messages.
I'll hit them each in turn...
1. I call bullshit. I don't doubt that the original post included Morkin and Natmus, but I would note that at the time everyone was good friends, and that is a thread seen only by Admins. About 10 of us total had access, the highest rung of security within our forums. Aesir - who had access until a few weeks ago, can verify this. I notified Shen about the fact I may have said something about the DBS account to DIGG back when I was in DIGG at least a week ago, when the DBS issue re-surfaced, and made note that whatever I had said was definitely not pinpoint. I'm not sure if you have IRC logs, Shen, but if so, you should have this somewhere...
Not only has Phil edited my post, but they've edited my signature over there as well (the past in parenthesis). I cannot recall with a high degree of certainty what my original post may have said - it was almost 3 months ago now.
2. I don't think this needs an explanation, but please correct me if I'm mistaken.
3. Same. As I notified... I forget who, but I know one of you... I had Borei tap into the bin_man account and monitor it for chatter for a few weeks, until Borei's computer crashed and he lost the open session. I believe I cited bin_man as being highly dubious on numerous occasions.
4. Again, I don't think anything was said that requires an explanation.
5. Same.
EDIT: This former is in response to the first set of link Shen posted. I don't think the second set requires an explanation...
