1. l3x-x asking for a Peace Treaty and cessation in hostilities. 2. Pain has offered to mediate. Sounds like an admission they are losing badly. Congrats to Sol, Arminius and everyone else who lost defenders in the 10's of thousands. Also three cheers for DIGG and their mass production of stonies. Should we press on, or risk letting them rebuild and have to fight them again in the future? What are we more likely to regret; not taking them down while we have the chance, or risk appearing tyrants for not showing restraint? I would at the least like to see Observer and Dr_eam left out of any ceasefire. Alternatively we keep negotiations slow and escalate now!

1. Salome/Salome-/Tyrant deleted the account. E|S is down to 24.

DIGG: Consistently under-estimated, consistently victorious Morkin has been good mentors, and friends. Don't sell yourselves short. Your tutoring in the early days as certainly not been forgotten - and hopefully, paid dividends on your end. Not everyone underestimated your potential.

No peace just yet, we need to weaken l3x-x a bit more I reckon.

1. l3x-x asking for a Peace Treaty and cessation in hostilities. 2. Pain has offered to mediate. DIGG will not be accepting a peace that is not unilateral. We will not leave Morkin-VALOR-Angel hanging out to dry against E|S. I hope to be talking with Morkin admins over the next 24 hours about what direction they want to go with this. E|S is our primary concern and if anything gets us stray from that path it is their mindchild and makes them smile. I think negotiating any peace at this time will be very harmful. It'll show they can get away and back at any given time. Consequences for Illiad would have to be extremely severe. No goodwill peace like Phoenix had for them at any point.

I agree with Shendy, We need to flatten E|S until we are satisfied that they are impotent. Any distraction to fight elsewhere will lead to a 2 front attack and we may find that our outer isle colonies both vunerable to attacks and unable to assist with Stoner/Cat production for the O3/O11 campaigns.
If DIGG say they can handle it then lets let them for now, we will assist them as and when we can, rather than diverting our focus to 2 areas and giving E|S a path back in. We have discussed before that E|S are capable of bringing a concerted fight to us. Digg will now be exerting less pressure on E|S and it is up to us to try to pick up that slack.

This is aimed at Morkiners, not to Digg:
We have already done extended amount of fighting, M|X, Phoenix, E|S, taking down some of the servers biggest players. And attacking is more wearing than defending. And now we should pick on 3 or more new enemies? Those all have their strong areas in O:1. Old strong isles. (See the maps...)
We should not abandon one target before its finished. It's a classical fuckup to leave the bad guys alive... E|S is our primary concern and if anything gets us stray from that path it is their mindchild and makes them smile.
Capitalizing the situation in O:11 and O:12 is relatively cheap. It'll strengthen us in ways, and show clearly in the rankings.
Also routing O11 and O12 is ever more significant if the conflict shows signs of expanding. After those we have relatively safe spot so with our backs secured by worlds edges. A lot better spot that E|S is sitting in O:3.
Of course we still have punch but in the current situation i think we should use it a bit more conservatively from now on. Keeping us strong and frightening is the best thing now that we can do for ourselves and for our allies.
I'm not saying we shouldn't kill Illiad or HF or Phoenix(again), im just saying we should finish our job with ES first and take our time planning and aiming.

1. 2 Robkohr islands taken last night show interesting patterns:
1a. Over 50 fleets out from each, all consisting of 8 sms with 200/400/200 resources. Timed every half hour, exactly. 1b. Barracks production is sets of 2 stoners half hour, until the queue is full with the limit (5 or 6).
Either Robkohr is the busiest man on IK, or...

1. Personal note, but I figured you might find it amusing: 4 hours ago... Aspen launches colofleet at Phil299. Clausewitz launches fleetsteal. Aspen recalls fleet. 1 hour ago... Bobfits takes 14:10:17, stronghold of Aspen. Aspen launches colo fleet to retake it. Clausewitz launches fleetsteal. Aspen recalls. 1 minute ago... Aspen re-launches from different isle to retake 14:10:17. Clausewitz refrains from sending fleetsteal attempt. Clausewitz drops 1k stoners to kill the clearing fleet. Clausewitz threads the needle in a 7-second window to drop 1k stoners to kill the colo fleet. Bobfits rejoices. A little bit of bragging, perhaps, but this "characterless, Yankee n00b" is taking great pleasure in showing Aspen that he might have learned a thing or two from these weeks of war

We're up to 5 dead colo's on 14:10:17 now. He really wants this island.
You know why? There's a "mystery shipment" inbound from o11. I think he's a little nervous we snatched his "stronghold droppoint", and o11's cats sent to the war effort in o14 are about to fall into DIGG hands.
Unless he finds a way to get a clearing fleet in a 1-second window between a colo-fleet and 3.5k stoner drop, there'll be a 6th colo dead before the night is over.
Oh, but wait, there's more! This 6th colo is complete with a full compliment of 8 sws. You read that correctly - 8 sws. Perhaps the desperation of his attempts to retake this isle will fuel the 8 sws colo fleet to jump the lvl 20 wall and 3.5k stoners...

Congrats, I'd say with your activity and dedication you'd rival Morkin for sheer ruthlessness. you've got some pretty good tactics being used at your end.
