[PWS] Peace?

After rereading what I wrote before, I´d just like to make my point clearer. The fact that I´m not deleting my account does not mean that I preferre peace.
I want the name of Morkin writen in the annals of IK history. SO I will gladly send my men to kindom come if necessary

I'm pretty sure we are a part of the IK history by now. Considering what we took on, what alliances joined in against us, how we took it, and how they came asking for peace I am very, very sure we are legends now.
At some time I must write about all the stupid attacks I took during the busy days of cristmas from especially E~W, and how it showed that we are so much better players. I think they attacked without any clue about what would happen, or how this game works. Probably their first time in a fight. All those casualites they took on my main isle at no cost to me, simply because they attacked with massive amounts of little fleets that got wrecked on my level 20 stone wall

Sorry for being quiet, family committments...

I wouldn't mind staying on in David's way, login once a day and build up stuff, and then hit again. There were some really nice people who got in touch with me, apart from the other morons. Enjoyable, even if I didn't see much action, as my fleets were on tour for about 22hrs one-way. And while I lost some troops and ships, not a single building level has been taken off.

So shall we take on alvianalaff...?

If this says on your page and is not changed into something else that better reflects the truth, then hostilities will simply pick up where we left them. E~L through and with FirefoxIN asked us for a cease fire and peace and we are debating that now. What you write there below will rekindle the war and this time with R|M, Wolfpack and Wraith backing us up.

You can write this: "E~L has reached a truce with Morkin - peactalks are looking positive for all sides involved"

I'll be closely monitoring all those pages from now on.

I agree with Jenny - and with Arminius... Yes, this was supposed to be the end, but those cowards simply did not have it in them.

Basically, we chose the wrong target for our suicide attacks. A top-20 alliance with lots of feeder alliances and friends in high places seemed like a good target. But in reality we chose too weak a target, even though we didn't know it, because we also wanted to make our mark in IK.

I don't like to continue fighting against people who surrenders - and that's what I think they have done!

Of cource, my SO suggests that we now publicly begin insinuating that we are looking through our archives for the next player that stole or tried to steal something from us...

It has been fun finally being in kampf, and I don't think I'll be playing this game much further.

And we did win ;D

As I wrote in the in-game forum, I'm still quitting. I've got most of my fleets intact, but intend to use them up on attacks against my current attackers who are continuing (they are not from E~L, although one is from NE) and then get the Earl to colonize my islands. PWS was fun while it lasted, but I can't see myself going on just building stuff, so I'll just head back to MMU.

To anyone wo wants to quit, put your accounts up for sale on Ebay or if you cannot, I can do it for you. It could be fun, what is the value of a legendary Morkin account ?

We could all follow the results and with a free paypal account the money could be easily transferred. just think about it. I am myself you know. ;D

P.P.S. What is going on with that Bid_dave player. I seem to remember we allowed him in, but why and by who was he xpelled again ? Did I miss much

Are we sure that we have achieved peace? There are continuous attacks on players (Orvindor, Guinevere, ouroboro13)...
If these come from outside the E~L pacts, shouldn't we retaliate or at least enquire?

As for the first P.S., I did put the proposal on this group as soon as I recieved it, and agreed to a temporary ceasefire. When it turned out that it effectively was an offer of surrender from the E~L group, they didn't want to fight any more, I felt I had to accept it. Call me soft, but I can't get myself to fight somebody who has called it quits. I had imagined we eventually would lose this war, losing all our colonies and get bombed back to level 1 on all our main isles. E~L turned out not to be able to deliver this, so what was the point of going on fighting?

As for the second P.S., I have no idea why Bid_dave wanted into our alliance, but when he started that spamming proposal, and I was informed he was attacking Raul, I kicked him and changed the password.

Lastly, I think what we are seeing is the last launched attacks rolling in. Use the calculater to figure out when the attacks were launched, if they are older than Tuesday evening, they are legit.
