Huh! Whats wrong with options? IMHO as much features as possible should be options. Features, yes, but IMHO the "recruits start at dawn" option is a design flaw, not a feature. It worked in LoM, because there the Free are in a minority fighting an adversary with superior numbers, but in a multi-player contest the imbalance takes on monstruous proportions. I'm in one such game (a 3-way), having started third and in a pretty good position. I'll be lucky to get 5 or 6 lords. With the increase in lords, the domino effect becomes such that the early starters get an unbeatable advantage. I'll be surprised if anyone ever wins from starting 3rd or 4th with this option on. I know that outside of testing conditions, I'd reject any game with this option selected.

Maybe feasible for one on ones. Still, the beginning player would have an advantage.

I redefine my opinnion, it should be grayed out after testing phase ends...

But if you wanted to give an advantage to the newbie, that would be a way to do it. Only, would he know to use it?
But I agree, this option should best be cancelled.

I wanted to test it. Now I'm sure I agree with you. I wasn't that sure anymore

New Lady graphics are brill. Lady foul really is foul. She looks like a gorilla on horseback. Meanwhile I was very confused as to why my Lady Fey has changed appearance so dramatically (no longer voluptuous brunette, I am now a blonde with a red hat) and then I did "Think"... (I'm going to shout now) WHY AM I NOW A TARG? ? Have already fully screwed up my game plan. Who changed me? Ringy? Some really odd bug?

I discovered another - lady, I suppose. Seen her army with the very corner of my eye, through a forest, then refresh revealed there's actually a keep. Wasn't able to visit it yet, and as Mads seems to be gone, full report will have to wait for tomorrow. It's the Dwarf Lady with graphic file missing.

Evasta's the only one I've found so far, and she's probably the best hidden. Mind you, you don't "ride past her". You really have to go looking to find her. Technically, looking at the old maps, I think Evasta is actually in Corelay rather than Thimrath.

Xuratoth still seems to be around, and not, perhaps, much removed. A guidance reported him on the plains of Rathorn.

That's something I had not considered yet. Apart from Xuratoth and Amarin, who else got moved?
