This release has the following changes: - New Victory condition - regicide OR you can capture 7 citadels to win (the number can be varied to fit actual play better, or I can add others, such as capture 12 citadels, more realistic in 2 player games)
- New shields for all the shieldless lords (let me know if I missed one)
- Resign button moved out of the way
- Recruitment of other races now takes 2 hours instead of 3
- Resigned kings' lords back to being statues
Doesn't sound much does it? But I had to restructure the entire victory code, as it was far too inflexible to cope with more than 1 condition properly. My own fault for cutting corners earlier. I thought that the change would take me 1 hour - it took me 6! One behind the scenes change will affect the Players page - I now delete all lords except kings when a game ends (to save DB space). So the players page can no longer tell you who killed your king/queen, as the record will have been deleted (unless of course it's another king/queen, but that would have been too much hassle to check for) I will reanable all players accounts within the next 5 minutes. PS. There are likely to be bugs here - it was a big change. PPS. I will be unavailable for the next 30 minutes.

Added another Victory condition - regicide or 12 citadels
This is better suited to 1 vs 1 games, as 7 is too easy to achieve in those circumstances.
Taking a bit of a gamble - the addition should work without modification, as it is paramater driven. But we'll see...

R3 A minor update, mainly to do with reclaiming DB space after a game ends, but also some user changes to the site pages User Changes: - Improved player status text in Ended games - should appeal to the megalomaniacs amongst the testing team - current news item shown on home page (actuallu uploaded this yesteday, as I'm sure you've noticed) System Changes: - delete all old battle records for ended games - delete all wild animal records for ended games UPDATE: Other changes: - updates and displays a game status message for all games, to give players a better feel for what is happening to the lifespan of the game (eg pending, started, won, declined). Eventually this will be expanded to return victory info for certain scenarios (such as which citadels were won, etc) - Star grpahic added to game info/players page to indicate who's turn it is

R4 -
Changes: - Play button added to Games Info/Players page so you can go straight to game without going back to list (saves 1 click!)
- a small change that I won't tell you about - it's for someone to discover. Does not affect gameplay at all, and only visible in new games (hope that it works!)... UPDATE: Yes it does, just checked in new test game
Bug fixes: - battle reports now include details of fights with garrisons that have been wiped out (before these never displayed, only those with "live" garrisons did)

Changes: - Very minor change to end of turn processing to cater for stalemates (where all kings have died)
Let me know if it impacts any of your existing games (it shouldn't!)
