I had a good start.
SE from the Lith of Lost Paradise. Picked up Valista straight away and finished SW of the Citadel of Sunrise.
Next day picked up a fairy in the Forest of Ancient Murmurs a few hours into the day; recruited Oberon and finished in the Green Mountains N of the Citadel of Southern Wind.
Missed recruiting Antiochus by half an hour while Oberon headed W to where Zansha found him.
Valista cut NW and was in the Cloudhead Mountains SE of the Citadel of the North by the end of the day.
The next day she recruited North and attacked you.

Well, you have them all, but that doesn't mean I'm gone. In fact, I have a cunning plan...

Well, you killed the Charm-Maker.
I think I like the idea someone put forward that lords without armies get some sort of defensive bonus if they have allies present, or at least mages and dragons.

That was a bit of a run around: from Windpass to Sunrise to North.
Matija! How about a dwarf lord in the South West to even it up. I started near Sunrise and managed to grab Valista, North and Oberon in the first two days. Ringy was unlucky to not reach Antiochus first, but a dwarf in the SW could have given him a fighting chance.
