The question is: how come that you are still able to play?

The 'Abandon' button doesn't work either. All it does is end you turn. The 'Abandon' button only sets a flag and then ends your turn. If all the players set their 'Abandon' flags the game is abandoned. If any player uses 'End turn' instead, all 'Abandon' flags are unset. This feature needs testing in 'laboratory' conditions to make sure it functions as expected. It may help if an icon were to appear in the game info panel against any player whose 'Abandon' flag is set.

The status is changed in the games info page, but yes an icon might be a good idea on the list!

I must have done something really bad in a previous life! Resign was working 1 day before I uploaded 0.2, I remember testing it. Oh well, on the todo list!

I've found the cause and have implemented a fix - now testing it. Should be OK for next release.

Please advise if this is now working as expected, and update status if so.
To recap:
When resigning, if only one other king left then he wins. If more than one king is left, your king is "slain" (well, marked as resigned), but all other lords begin their countdown to non-aligned status. The number of days taken for them to become non aligned is courage + 2 (thus a possible max of 10 days, which might be too high actually, not sure)
