LOL! ;D Seriously. The WHOLE of the North that quickly? Did you gamble on any liths early on or just start in a good location? My start pos has proved problematic, although I did manage one "steal" from your side of the map last turn. Now it's a race for the lords in... well, I won't make it too easy for you!

I don't actually remember my start position... I'll check if I put it in the journal at the start... I usually do.
I don't think it was a great position but not bad either. I don't recall gambling or many liths either... hmm nine days is about what it takes for the north?
You beat me to Amy with corleth for heavens sake!!!! You also got Myndolus - with Corleth again I presume.
There's only dregim and down to chase for! You have Xaj/Dawn - I guess dawn went east, which means you'll probably beat me!! I can't see me picking up any more lords south of Athoril.
You must have started not from from Blood. I see blood made it down to Corelay which is some push.

OK, I'll tell you where I started: Cavern of Torkren (great start for a Foul player, not!). Went straight up to get corleth/beardy, and they then went on the familiar LoM spending spree. I've had to use liths quite a bit as I started so for near to the western edge. Been quite lucky with cups, but also have had several Thorns of Despair which is a real bummer You beating me to Marakith was my big mistake, as I sent Shimeril to get Mitharg first (in case you started in SE, I wanted to start the southern chain reaction early). So when I eventually got to Thrall, it was 2 days late. I think that it will be fairly evenly balanced, with you having the upper hand maybe? Oh, but I wouldn't bother with Dregrim. ;D

Blimey! You really gave Thrall a good pasting, didn't you. Most unsporting old chap.
To balance this out, I must remove Athoril from your slimey grasp. He really doesn't feel that your offer has any merit, and prefers the Creator Pension Plan with Bonus that JYR Corp. is offering.

Bah! You reached someone that I wanted just ahead of me. Still, Amelista was a very pleasant surprise. Imagine the scene... Corleth, nearing exhaustion and almost toppling off his horse, stumbles upon the mythical Hall of Lights. He is welcomed in by a sun-haired beauty who pledges 2,000 troops to his liege's service. The poor man must have thought that he'd died and gone to heaven. I got my second fairy last move. It's amazing how they change the course of a plan. Suddenly I'm a day ahead in one area, and should be able to recruit some lords that I imagine your advance scouts are targetting. Hopefully anyway - depends on whether old spidey had been up to his usual cross-continental tricks again. Did Farflame survive?

If only that was the case... imagine being able to affect your random number generator by installing a program... cool! Especially as the server is running Linux! That would be quite something. Will be downloading the new version sometime today, and hope to get you some feedback asap.

He's tired the poor old man... not much movement in him. So even if it takes a few days to kill him... he aint getting away... So I took my anger out on Zerin and Dawn. I care little for Athoril... Utarg, Herath, Kumar and Ithrorn will deal with him for reneging on our deal.. but if I'm v.lucky Zerin and Dawn won't survive the night. BTW: I started on the plains of Kor. 22:17 to be precise. I made one game at that point... I went for Kor first and not Spidey or Plainsman... I got caught out not doing that once before! Ooh, to think I nearly didn't seek there!!!!

I just don't like the idea of your spies wandering my land... or even getting to a tower... Rorthron is still eluding me...
