Good Game. I really enjoyed the dimension added by needing to take citadels. All in all I think I would have benefited from a few more spies though.
The main reason I left you alone in the south Bill was because at the time that you killed Zuratoth, you had a strong force down at Kur-Aruth, and you also drove of the Handmaiden at Shimeril. So I assumed that you had a pretty strong border in the south. Thus I fortified those southern Citadels with a couple of Lords each.
By the time I realised that the strongest threat was Mads,it was a little to late. I started to move those extra lords north, but was just in time to see Mads take Kumar. I could have got Kur-Aruth in a turn or two, but I think it would only have delayed the inevitable, as Dregrim was lightly garrisoned and defended.
