I'm looking to get in contact with who ever is in charge of ops in oceans: 23/24/25/33/34. If you have a regional admiral that controls them then great who is it, if not can you please tell me who is in charge of ops in each ocean.

I'm looking to find my counterpart to co ordinate some attacks in the area.

Particularity Oceans 25 and 34 which have just been green lighted and gone live.
