Not many isles near me, so I'm going to clear this one:

As soon as a spy confirms it's still in roughly that state (4h), I'm going to clear it. Would anyone like to colo? If so, message me in-game to coordinate.
The clearing fleet probably won't leave for 24hours or so.
Otherwise I'll raze it.
