If everyone use the forum clock (top left corner) nobody have to do any timezone conversions.
Use the ingame calculator to determine the sail times and add the sail time to the current time on the clock. Then you know when it will hit. Compare that result to the desired time of arrival (all desired ETA:s on these forums are given in time of that clock) eg.. "it needs to be there 5 hours sooner", or "i still have 3 hours before i need to launch".
