We believe that Rahein's purpose is to keep [KoM] out of the fight against DIGG. We have a pathological hatred of DIGG.

He originally approached me concerning Torgan in Orc, because he wanted help to take back 2 isles that Torgan has taken from him earlier. I seem to remember him contacting others about that issue, and I told him that we were finishing operations against the Orcs, so we wouldn't undertake new operations.

That would explain a lot. Ruku has been attacked in O43 yet my isles have remained unscathed.

Have him supply us a list of targets he would like to hit or takeover. We will then inform him which targets are of not our interest. In other words, which are free to be taken by whoever wishes to, as long as its not seen that we need him to do it for us

Edit: BTW, I think we could propose the same thing to Hawk. If they want one or two targets, then have them ask if we're not interested in them. Can diplomat deal with it?

Excellent question. Personally I don't think so. I was about to send this to Dork, but I'll hold it back a while to see if more input comes here.

Do you have some particular targets in mind?

We're undertaking operations across a lot of different oceans and have him pinned down good, but if you could provide me with a list of targets that you would like to hit or colo, I'll check to see if we have plans for those isles and let you know if they're free for you to take.

Yeah ruku had an isle stole a few days ago but nothing since, I was just making a reference that Luxor is being attacked yet an Admin from KoM isn't.

We don't have anyone in Hawk anymore but if you want I'll post something in the Hawk section.

I've been refered to efreemanus in Resist, and he'll work out a list of isles. He did ask if we had a list of isles that he could work from.

People overseeing operations in any ocean could list unclaimed isles here, and I'll send the list to Resist.

He did try again to steal another isle a few days later but was unsuccessful, but hasn't followed it up...

"Naturaly we havent started colonising them all at the same time. If by any chance they are interested in some of the islands that we're leaving for last, then we may forfeit our claim."

So this is why we want their target request and why we dont give our target request to them. If they dont want to play it this way, then we'll be colonising over any of Raheins colonies that they might get in the mean time....
