As leader of Ocean7 of Pantheon, I am formally offering the aid of our ocean 7 member's fleets.
I have many spy reports of Rahein's isles (looks like he used some sort of tool to send out his fleets when we spied though).
May the ocean treat your fleets well.
I told him i'd pass on his offer to the guys working in ocean 7 so if anyones interested you can drop him a mail direct.
