Sorry I just cant get past this "I vill buy accounts for all and sudry, cos im niiiice" shite...

It sounds to me like he is aquireing accounts in some way that is not legit, stolen credit cards?

It takes 3-7 days(non US account) for paypal to clear funds from anything other than a credit card, cards are verified as having the funds at point of sending, so the only reason I can see for a reversal of a credit card payment is the owner of the card not wanting an IK account !lol

In the same way I have had Paypal payment recalled 2 weeks after putting them in my bank! (which takes again 3-7 days to do)

So I supPOSE that what im saying is that anyone that has "sold " an account should not count their chickens.

have all of these purchases been made from the same paypal account? if not he may well have "phished" a load of accounts and is spending others money without regard.

I really don't give a sh*t how nice this guy is. Let the little guy build up on his own and choose his own side. Hell yeah if someone gave me a huge account for free I'd fight on his side. It's a brilliant tactic. It's not fair though. He's basically buying people to fight for him. His money and will to waste it give him an unfair advantage over the entire server.
