That isle actually used to belong to Rahein up untill about a month ago. Not sure why he's only just got around to spying it - there are plenty of closer isles to Gothmog over in ocean 11.

Gothmog was extremly frustrated that he spent all his fleets against us, and we didn't even bother to hit him in return during the ORC war. He must be trying his luck again.

I suggest we keep our old policy against him; letting him spend his own fleets (which I believe and hope are mostly harmless) and DON'T retaliate and waste our fleets against his isles.

Apparently it was just a mistake - which I genuinely believe. He must know he doesn't have the fleets to threaten me and besides I don't even think the orcs are stupid enough not to attack my closest isle to them.
