I replied that KoM would be the place to apply.
I suggest that the KoM admins accept him into KoM with all haste, to avoid oppurtunist attacks on him. Once inside we can all have a nice sit down and talk things through with him.

 The tide brings in all sorts  It'll be interesting to have him here, as it would be to have all the other KoMmers to start posting stuff as well...this reminds me of the FoM early days. Everyone was so shy

For what it's worth, I always found him to be reasonable and well-spoken (albeit his English isn't sharp, but his message is) during my encounters with him over at DIGG.

I have never had a problem with him. It would be a good idea to protect him so he can be vetted fairly without being sniped.
Besides, being in E|S is not one of the 7 deadly sins. I think its number 8 or 9. ;D
