After reading peoples opinions I think that 5 members would suffice, even then we have enough admins to make these decisions. So maybe 1 admin and another voted representative should be chosen.

I've always wanted to try it but its a nightmare getting people to vote you into power for it !

I agree with no special seats, just something like 10 council seats.

And set some percantage like arminius said. Maybe we should just set one general percentage ? like 60-75% ?

Whilst we are at it, lets rename to the united alliances, accept all the crap alliances we can find and spend 3-4 weeks on deciding whether we should go to war, actually that would be after the 2 weeks to decide if we are going to have a poll and dont forget to filll out form BS1, BS5 & BS100

NB, before these polls, can we decide on what type of biscuits to have at the AGM (We will all need to provide proposals for whioch alliance will host the AGM this year as well - Form BS1000)

That's actually rather unfair. We're trying to respect everybody's opinions, and you can't do that without consultation. And that does take time.

However, I'd much rather be in a slow-moving democratic alliance than in some tyrannical group where the admins take all the decisions, sending people into pointless wars (Aspen's Illiad anyone?).

I'll be staying with [Morkin] untill at least they're on a firmer footing. I guess alot of the members there are currently a bit bewildered about whats currently happening. After that though I'll probably be moving but it's not a definate action yet.
