Dear Warliter- A proposition.
To be honest and concise with you, I have an interest in one of your low score islands, and was wondering if i could strike a deal with you for it. It is located at 34:9:5 , and has a score of 51.

I would think an offer of the resources equivalent to building a colonization ship would be a fair trade, any thoughts? (35000 gold, 30000 lumber, and some stone 10000. (if you want it) )

My first thought is that a colo ship of resources is not worth a mention and I quite frankly have no intention of selling it and If he was to take it I would take his main.

Which is only a few hours away from one of my own better developed isles, But i wanted to get a feel of how others view this proposal

Not worth it, especially considering you've already put time into the isle.

Over the long run its much more profitable to keep the isle.

And, I have a feeling that other players aren't aware that there are colo tools and things like that for this game. I remember when I was playing .co.uk...I didn't know what I was doing and was wondering how all these players got so many isles so quickly, while I was trying to look at the map to look for unnamed isles...very unsuccessful. Yet another noob moment. So I can see where this guy is coming from.

But I wouldn't accept his offer.

I bought an isle for 500 stonies during the war between orc and empire, but this offer should be rejected. I've never seen the reason for selling isles though.

I agree with Rapso... Islands = Resources = Army/Navy and it grows exponentially the more isles you have.

Key to this game is resources and 35K Gold is just an insult. A fully developed colony will generate that much gold every week...

Gold has just hit a 23 year high... apparently... though I think IK gold is holding at its usual rate!
