Both of my isles are cleared, and my colonisation attempt against 11:17:20 failed. Re-launching as soon as my fleets return home to hit at around 7-8p.m. BST.

Colonisation failed, second underway but it takes 36+ hrs. Luckily I had another attack fleet hit just before the colo fleet arrived as the sneeky Stronzo! stoney dropped:

I guess that this is how the "silent" players of [E|S] are helping. Dr_eam and Observer post the islands that have been attacked by us and then the alliance gets the stoners in. All of the islands I 've been involved with since the start of the week have had stoner drops. Up to date spying is therefore essential. Now, all I have to do is follow my own advice...

Hmm, I think i'm going to recall the second colo and flatten my designated Isle instead, its just too far to have a protected colo go back and forth. Does anyone want to colo this Isle before I launch multiple destruction fleets? I launch at 10:00 am today.
