Minor Colo Tool!

I'm trying to get the colo tool back up and running, ive been talking to the guy who built it and its not working because his hosting account for it was closed or deleted. He has other hosting but apparently wherever its hosted has to be able to support php sockets, does that mean anything to anyone here ?
I didnt have very long to talk to him last night but i'll try again tonight.

My host supports PHP, no idea what special support you'd need for sockets though.

smallmerchantship.com/ik/distance.html is another very good one. Tells you distance from specified isle under certain conditions. (unruled, weak, etc)
