Leaving Guidelines

Simple Rules regarding leaving FoM

1) If you leave with no explanation, You will not be allowed to return to the alliance(Explanation must be given before leaving). You may also be punished if you are a suspected spy.

2) If you leave patriotically (as a spy perhaps) then we will allow re-entry, but as spies can get turned, a disscussion may take place first.

3) If you leave for circumstances that are explained beforehand. we will vote when you reapply similarly to initial application, but there maybe no need for the questionnaire (admins discretion)

Caveat:
a) If you take a holiday and pass control of your account to a member outside the triumvirate(Morkin,Fom,Corleth) then you will be removed from the alliance, Upon your return an application to join the alliance will be granted, subject to reasonable objections from members (unlikely but possible)

4) If you feel you must leave for a reason not given above, an explanation of the reasons why you want to leave will be considered if you later re-apply.(Rule 1 Applies)

5) We would kindly request that you give us a reason for leaving, although not compulsory non compliance may affect the general attitude taken by the alliance towards you if you try to later re-apply

a) This feedback is requested in an attempt to improve the alliance as a whole so any feedback would be appreciated

Possible amendments;

2) If someone leaves on the patriotic duty of being a spy surely they should be let back in? Admittedly spies can get turned but its unlikely.

5) Perhaps add that such feedback is requested merely so that we can try and improve our alliance as a whole and prevent people leaving in the future.

yes, but together they cover any eventuality, also 5 rules has a better ring to it than 4 ;D
