Using multipple fleets for one target allways requires timing. Fleets need to arrive in specific order for best results. (Concept: Waves & carpet bombing) For this, different distances and different sailing speeds demand launches to happen at certain times. These launchtimes needs to be calculated and planned beforehand. If multiple persons are involved, living in different timezones, its getting complicated. Im sorry to say, but generally people do not understand timezones, nor can they calculate them with good results. This is the "global aspect" of fleet timing. Often it is required also to make the fleets arrive within seconds of eachother, to prevent the defender to have any iniative in the matter. This is the "per second aspect" of fleet timing. Im going to write here few things. - Firstly, idiotproof way for anyone anywhere to make succesfull launch at given moment, with no undertanding of timezones required whatsoever. When your admiral gives you a time and link to this guide, you cannot fail.
- Secondly, some insight to timezones and guidelines for multi-fleet planning.
- Thirdly, some handy tools to make the math.
