They can, I use a standalone PC in my breaks to play IK, no websense filter, it's one of the PCs used to test internet banking etc.

This is an interesting situation. Phil has lifted the password that Bait used on the DIGG forums and found it worked on these forums as well. It's a clear violation of Bait having an account there in good faith, and as such Phil has abused that DIGG hosts the AMC forum for his own personal benefit.
He then discovers some dirt, and publishes that. Which raises a storm against us, understandably, but I hope someone can direct the attention to how Phil gained access to it in the first place, and his motives for doing so. According to Clause it's not the first forum of another allinance he has gained access to. How long has he abused the AMC forums?

It does us no good. They go there to insult and make more problems. Whatever we say won't change anything but only waste our time.

Pantheon and the rest of the allies seem to have ignored this. So why are we making a big deal to clear the truth?

I was an inch away this evening from posting the following, but after having counted to ten I just saved it as a concept (and now here). As was said by Sol here I believe, it may appear like an official reply might serve as damage control, but in reality it only gives them inevitably more handles to insult, twist, spin, reverse etcetera. And as shown by the Orc response, I too can bring out the worst in people <lol> in my own little way.

Quickly browsing over this amusing thread full of infantile indignation, I'd say that those Machiavellian hackers c.q. photoshoppers c.q. opportunist beggars responsible for all this shall ultimately get what they deserve. And I fail to see why any of us would have to run head over heels to this cesspool of propagandistic fabrication to waylay this kind of nonsensical claims because others demand an official response.

You think you have something to demand of us ? Really ?! That somehow reminds me of some Digg person having been quoted to be "pulling rank" on us in the not so distant past. There is ofcourse no such thing as "official" in a game (or a sociological experiment) like this, as far as I'm concerned and it clearly can't be as important to us as it seems to be to some of local proverbial labrats. Let's not forget where all this fabricated evidence is coming from: the evil empire, the oppressor of us all whose core tenets are 'divide and conquer' and 'threat management' in order to survive !
Their first attempt to estrange Pantheon and Morkin did not work, but they keep at it, or at least one of them does...

On another matter, attacks from Morkin continue some say...what attacks ?!? Never been more quiet around here. Why else would I go on a holiday ? And so are most of the other old chaps referred to. They're on Majorca, Ibiza, the Azores, Aruba, surfing, playing tennis, writing poetry, because there is nothing going on except evil hackers and an alliance trying to avert peoples eyes from the multi, scripter and cheater haven they have recently been accused of to be.

How could Morkin possibly attack anyone ? It's not like we are at war or something. Are you sure it's not The Flying Dutchman you think you've seen in your waters ? Unless ofcourse those same and certain individuals who've hacked into some of us old and new Morkins want to make us look bad in the eyes of our brothers in arms. To those brothers in arms I say on personal grounds now: "have I not stood by your side ?" Almost makes me regret having selflessly cleared isles for you. As far as I understand this DBS case, it's really about some incompetent player having a go at the establishment/high trees months after he lost his precioussssss, because it is convenient, because he gets paid for it in some form, and because it draws away attention from what is really nothing more than negligence on his part. Who get's his account stolen ? Pain ? Me ? Neptune ? DominicUH ? Tom_the_buffalo_soldier ? Wenyk ? Nope, because they are not incompetent. What may have happened to Skulkrinbait however is of an entirely different order. We'll see.

Verily this is all a very carefully orchestrated, devious plan, but we see right through it and will get to the bottom of it all. The truth points to itself. Expect a response around Christmas.

However, once we manage to get a new topic started revolving around how Phil abused a hosted AMC thing and an innocent player having put his trust in that (that would be David) and possibly others for his own personal gain and using the circumstancial evidence that he's doing this to avert unwanted heated attention towards Diggs crimes and black ops, we might gain something. But that would need to be an entirely new topic. It usually serves well to draw away attention from an already existing thread.

I have read the following thread on the external Pantheon forum and after long internal debate decided to give this response to appease our Pantheon brothers and sisters.

As for the screenshots, there are two things to be considered.

1. Yes, the account of one Morkinplayer was hacked, or more to the point: his logindetails to the external forum, together with his clearances, was illegally retrieved and used. We know who that is and we know where it happened (the AMC is hosted on whose site.... Anyone ?) and there really is only one person who had opportunity and means to do this and who has been known to have done it in the past with others of other alliances as well. The Morkin whose forumaccess was compromised has been faithfull, but at the end of the day also a bit careless about his own security/privacy.

2. Knowing how our forum looks like and seeing all kinds of details from our members, plus finding out about current or planned actions against him and Digg, the perpetraitor managed to fabricate an elaborate, but in the end still flawed, forgery where some of our finest where made to say things they haven't said in reality. The topic simply does not exist. This is not about simply editing an existing picture, but building it from the ground up. An immensely difficult job if you would ask me, but as we've seen in the past, some IK players have apparently nothing better to do or have access to nifty tools we cannot even dream of. Likewise it would be possible for us to reciprocate this by having some Digg people say things as if they were on our forums. You would not be able to detect any editing as there would be none to detect. Unfortunately, while this would have been an enlightening example to all, we DO have something better to do in the absence of such nifty tools to help us do it in a jiffy.

So, to round this up, there won't be any official response.

And yes, this is Ashimar. I have been on a nice break from IK while The_Mark and recently also Sol have watched over my estate. They will continue to do so as I'm slowly but surely cutting down on IK as other things take up more of my time). When the time comes to turn off the lights I'll decide what to do with the old account. As you remember I have cleared isles for some of you without colonizing any of them and this is the reason why. I don't need more than I currently have.
