Descriptions of DEFCONs

• DEFCON 5 is the condition used to designate normal peacetime military readiness.
  
  
• DEFCON 4 refers to normal state, but practice increased intelligence gathering and take pre-emptive measures like assign sitters and log on more often to game and to forum.
  
  
• DEFCON 3 refers to an increase to force readiness above normal. Dont send fleets for long raids, don't loan on Catapults. Dont Colonize. Post your fleet details to fleets-database.
  
  
• DEFCON 2 refers to a iminent threat of war.
  
  
• DEFCON 1 War.
