We are a democracy, nice club having fun, and not strictly internally organized. Thats not very good at wartimes. I start assigning tasks.
The people assigned here, have the responsibility of the mentioned issues. They can do the stuff themselves, ask for help or delegate, whatever, as long as it gets done. They have Authority to make decissions and ASK FOR OTHERS to do stuff.
Any task mentioned here of course does not become their sole property. Anyone can do anything if sees it fit.
For issues concerning these areas, contact these people directly.

Scouting
All his isles needs to be scouted on regular basis, the more often the better, and the reports are to be posted to these threads. This requires lot of small warships. Make a schedule for your own ships, and assign others to it too. Use players far, so launch early and regularily.

These act as rapid attack launcher whenever there is need to strenghten attacks or level something quickly. Organize collection of Catapults and Stoners for themselves.

Tyrant Still have some fleets left, and one of them is 263 LWS.
On some isles has been sending spears off to return later.
He has huge amount of Spears at his disposal, but they are not good for much without other troops beside them.
He is getting lot of resources from somewhere. Hitting Storehouses to level 1 will cost him dearly.
Post all info, Spy and Attack reports here
Check the reports before deciding anything
Combine catapults for persons who live close to T. Starshatter, Ashimar, Blazed at least. Collec a list of them. Then donate them catapults.
Plan Operations in groups, execute with precission
Ask Natmus
And thanks for the first day, FoM'ers have been most brave.
