1. They are quite proud of themselves, and believe they "shocked the server!". They are still looking to forge an identity. They accomplished their goal of "shocking the server" (or so they believe), but have no fixed secondary objective.
2. The former mod_axis elements are the most active, outspoken, and have assumed the largest leadership role. They are intent on attaining the #1 rank.
3. They have a tools site, which uses the ik session key. Combined with in-game GM scripts, it integrates IK gameplay with their external tools site. Intelligence was just coming to light on this matter as I left DIGG, so I don't have further details (it was DIGG's intel priority as of a couple days ago).
4. They are desperate for a Pact. They fear that they will be targeted by DIGG as former #2 alliances have been. They are quite valid in those concerns. Being "snubbed" by DIGG and Morkin, their top-level leadership is in talks with Pain (GoW), Xianth (Phoenix) and realdeal (FOIMP) about joining the Triad.
5. Their forum activity is considered "low" for their membership numbers. Assessments of combat ability puts it well below what their score/rank would suggest.
6. They are rather mule-headed in colo disputes. They lack a diplomatic corps, and are eager to prove themselves as "strong" by asserting rights and claims in colo disputes (even if it means contradicting positions from identical situations only days prior).

PERSONAL ANALYSIS: NOT DERIVED FROM DIRECT SOURCES

1. Pantheon would lose a war against H|F right now, and perhaps a stalemate against Phoenix. Obviously they could not defeat Morkin and/or DIGG alone.
2. The major hiccup to the pact with H|F-Phoenix-FOIMP is relating to the former IIR elements within VALOR (now Pantheon) and the bad-blood over the IIR-H|F skirmish.
3. DIGG's primary influence within Pantheon is DominicUNT, and some personal relationship he has with former VALOR members. With DominicUNT on a holiday for a week or so, Pantheon will not be dissuaded, and will join the Tripod within 5-10 days.
