Now in .:DD:.
No rhyme or reason stated in his profile. Tends to make some noise when a Top 10 player moves alliances.
Any story behind this one? Had he talked about selling the account? Was he removed?

He didn't say a thing about it. He sold his account. Oblivion is the new owner. Nemesis is still in Luxor. It's still being talked about.

The first we knew of it was when nemesis re-applied to join, i removed oblivion straight away, nemesis said it was very much a spur of the moment thing.

No offense to Nemesis, but I really don't think much of what he did. Yes, it's his right to sell the account, but the very least he could do is notify us.

I think we should make a general rule that if you can't speak to someone, ie a spur of the moment choice to sell your account...
You must leave the alliance before passing over the account, failure to do so will either mean readmission will be refused or you will have to start in KOM, losing all previous alliance privileges

If he wishes, Nemesis must reaply, and if he's admitted it'll be to KoM. We have been watching his moves, how he plays and how he commits himself to the alliance. And its from those observations, that I personaly feel he should explain himself to us, then demonstrate his good faith and commitment to the alliance, and then - if he manages to convince us-, be admitted to KoM.
Thats my opinion at least

I'm more than willing to have him in KoM on a trial basis.
However I don't want there to be a flux of hand offs to KoM. If he's done it once what's not to stop him doing it again in KoM?
