I'm sure this must have been discussed, probably at length, but....
It would be good if, with a cadre of the lads in one location, that they could all be moved simultaneously by selecting Lords in the Lord display list and then just pressing move. It would save time moving chaps individually. It's a time thing.....
If this can, in fact, already be done, could someone let me know how?
Thanks.

It's not implemented. One of the main reasons is that the game is not structured to handle it, and it would be a HUGE structural change. Also, what do you do if one lord could move, another could not due to race, another could but not at the next, etc? Gets messy. Unfortunately this is unlikely to change in the short term

Ahhh! I see. I hadn't really thought that through properly.
Factors such as race differences and, indeed, the varying energy levels of Lords hadn't really occurred to me.
Sorry about that - not got an analytical brain unfortunately.....where's the image of the caravan by the way?

No need to apologise! It wouldn't necessarily be obvious unless you'd been coding it Caravan gfx is here: BTW, you do know that you can create caravans yourself? (At citadels only - select the garrison first)

No I didn't - and a handy tip it is.
I should spend more time reading the notes rather than thinking about the graphics.....

How about a Record Move button and Play Move button?
Record move would record a sequence of moves, say N / N / NE / N, and play would try to execute them for the selected lord.

Yes, that's always been something that I wanted to do. I discussed it with Iggy, David and Chris (others?) for use in their toolsets, so that entire campaigns could be relived.

Btw, JY, could you send me a sample XML file (which is used in Chris' CM), and/or description of it, and I'll try to add this feature in Lomex (or make another proggy). TIA!
