I've had a run-in with leon before when he pulled an amateur colo attempt. I spied all his o15 holdings. Most were defended by a daunting 500+ stonethrowers. Feel free to rattle him a bit with that  EDIT: I'd respond something like, "If they're are softly defended as you, I'd hardly call it 'surrounded'. More like 'They're building up isles for me to take'." |

I might just escalate things a bit by spying all his islands. Admittedly there are rather a lot of them, and [E||M] are strong in O6. But we need a bit of fun out here. Been too quiet for too long.

They're just a thorn in their side. Salish send cats with colo fleets and unnessescary amounts of cats with clearing fleets. They've been able to get away with it due to being close with Makedius. I'm really surprised they're still around and E||M hasn't done anything about them yet.
