Please can all answer this poll quickly so we can gauge the general opinion on Phoenix.
NB: if we leave pheonix alone we can concentrate solely on E|S

Cease fire would of course entail that current targets can still be hit.

Yes. I messaged one, who then recalled a colo attack. I think they want peace.
And if someone continues to attack, Xianth said he won't defend them, as everybody will have been told/has been told.
