Why hello.

I'm not entirely sure what to write here so I suppose I'll wing it even though I'm sure a good number have already read my application information.

My name is Patrick, I'm a 26 year old graphic designer living in Kansas City. Even though I have an extreme fondness for drinking, I'm still an old athlete in my "middle" age.

I suppose more specifically I'll discuss my isles and fleet build up. Away we go....

I do have some fleets out delivering goodies to my other isles at the moment so if some blanks show up, then that is why.

For now I only keep about 15,000 or so stonies handy so the rest of my army #'s account for spearfighters. My main isles have almost 6000 with the majority of my others slowly closing in on 5000. My main attack force isles either have, or are closing in on 1000 LWS a piece with secondary isles having a minimum of 250-400 available at any given period of time.

Also - I will be out of town this weekend and I believe my good friend Clause will be keeping an eye on my account should any of my pleasant little green bars turn a shade of crimson.

Quick story about Gauge, one of the first that comes to mind...

So he was off in the Ozarks or something, camping and drinking for a long weekend. DIGG Staff had a fairly active IRC channel, and we were doing the standard fat-chewing, when DominicUNT comes online.

He's panicked. "Hey guys, Gauge is in serious trouble!"

"What's up, Dom?"

"He was down in South America, on a Mission Trip or something. He was taking pictures with his camera, and fell on a tree stump! It impaled him. He's in the hospital, and it's not looking good!"

"Jesus!"

A few days later, Gauge comes on IRC...

"Hey man, you okay?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Dom told us what happened!"

"Yeah, some painkiller and stitches. I'm fine."

"How did you fall on a tree?"

"What?"

"Dom said you were in South America and fell on a tree taking pictures, and it went right through you."

"Ummm...wtf? I was in Missouri, out camping. I fell onto a tent pole. Punched a hole in my gut, but didn't slow down the drinking."

Collective silence...

"Dominic is a moron."

Still got the scar to prove it...

Take a lesson everybody, if drinking causes a problem, drinking can fix it too
