Ive just noticed clausewitz has joined up to the forums and has FoM user status ? does that mean he has access to the same parts of the forum as us ?

That would be quite odd, but he's a good guy, I wouldn't worry.

I would be worried...because I'm paranoid.

That doesn't seem right. I felt pretty good about us not having spies in our allliance until I read this thread.
EDIT: He got really good review in his application. Did we accept him in FoM and he refused? From the looks of his app he should already be in FoM.

He felt obliged to keep DIGG structured after a bit of trouble with coming and going "voices of authority". Now he is helping direct a war... As for having access, I know nothing about that. Robert ? EDIT: on second thought, I think I do. It's because of the spyreports on l3x_e.

Well, whatever it is...I don't feel comfortable having him looking at everything.

Ditto, especially with DIGG's open flaunting of having spies in other alliances.

Its nothing personal against clausewitz, i would like to see him join us but i dont think he should have access like this while he's still in Digg. Especcially as we weren't even asked about it, or told that he had been given complete access.

Yeah, I too think that's a bit too much. There was some information about getting those reports on l3x-x that I asked to be kept quiet. Now I'll have to explain that to our sources...

It can be solved by either deleting his forum account and passing the info he needs to him or by accepting him into FoM right now since all his feedback was positive.

I gave him a temporary FoM status, because I was tired of giving him the recaps of our discussions.
He was already a member of the board, but only had access to the public part, on which nothing happens. He promised not to copy-paste anything, and I had hopen nobody would notice, and them just downgrade him after the E|S situation was resolved one way or another.
I'm impressed it was discovered, considering that it was only Saturday I gave him FoM status.
If anybody objects I can downgrade him again immediatly.

I expect you trust him, but through the links here, he'd then have access to - for instance - information on our informants, our spying database etc. The spying database contains a lot of information about us and the size of our fleets. I consider that quite sensitive

I, for one, would like to see him promise his membership to FoM as soon as things have died down in this latest hostile engagement. If that were the case I wouldn't mind him having FoM user status. Regardless, when this is all over, we may want to put a password on the spy database.

I think that sounds reasonable, as well. I mean, we don't have to limit the forum to those already in the triumvirate, as far as we can expect them to actually be a part of this. And if we trust them
