Selling catapults

This is a shot in hell but is anybody interested in paying real cash for catapults? I have about 100 I can sell right now, if you are willing (and have a paypal acct) then please send me an in game message. All reasonable offers will be considered!

I don't think we got as far as an official policy, I remember it came up when werd75na was selling stuff on ebay. ( wanders off to see if werd75na is still playing )

The general consensus is that selling off assets is harmful to the alliance. It's a practice that's frowned upon here, TheNoob, because it leaves your account in less military readiness than it should be.
As a general principle; what use to the Quartet are accounts that sell of hardware for real world cash. Some members buy hardware, that strenghtens us. Selling stuff weakens us, and strengthen potential opponents.
Even inter-alliance trade is dangerous, as all members should try to have a well balanced military-industrial complex within the confines of their own account.

I don't see any reason to habour sellers within the Quartet. If the motivation for having an account solely is to generate money, I propose that we instead just attack the account to prevent it supplying potential enemies.

Not really. 13 isles, assume 6 or 7 isles with battle fleets. That's less than 100 cats per battle fleet on average. More fleets, even less cats per fleet.
TheNoob, I suggest you keep those cats and keep building them. Don't sell anything to anybody before you are heavily armed.

In fact, don't sell anything ever. If you need money, get a real life job.
