JY,
I know under IE the rollover isn't working, however can you chane the mouse pointer to a hand? It would at least give some indication.

Out of interest, the pan buttons do exactly that... so either they are correct for my liking - or wrong to yours.

the pan buttons are images within an anchor tag, so they would behave differently from the buttons. But happy to implement the hand cursor if there is a compliant way of doing it. Maybe a stylesheet setting?
