This is a gameplay issue, but one that vexes me all the same even though it has worked to my advantage many times.
During battle you are able to seek, and find shelter etc... not likely to happen while in battle within 1 league.
Also, seek should only happen once per day on the same location. As soon as you seek, you must move before seek is available again. It seems odd to be able to seek repeatedly and play the probability game to top up your energy etc...

Eventually the seeking will be changed so that each seek location (lith, village, henge, etc) will have a given item (Cup, energy, WOL, etc, - but appropriate for the location of course), or nothing, randomly selected at the start. Then after every x number of days, a random selection will be replenished.
Citadels and Keeps will generate shelter per turn, up to a limit imposed by their storehouses. This actually already works, you just don't see it yet. You will be able to "consume" x number of shelter points, worth say +5 energy.
As such, I'm not planning on refining the current Seek functionality too much as it's going to be dropped at some stage anyway.
