I'd turn her citadel into a keep to lessen the advantage of the NW starters with 7c victory condition.
Also clear the surrounding woods and replace them with plains and maybe a few downs. The Targ are supposed to live on the plains.

I wanted a targ citadel, some kind of lost city that the Targ would know was somewhere "far away". Also, the targ should have at least 1 citadel where they can regenerate from the start.
I dont really want to level the forests as I like the fact that the citadel is hidden from far off.
The NW advantage I shall address in my next post - give me a couple of minutes to write it up.

Then you should consider moving it elsewhere. Perhaps exchange Amelista and Kathryn together with the Citadel? Or implement the scoring system for citadels.

The scoring system for citadels will be implemented, but only once I move all the map data to the new table format. So not quite yet. I intend to use the facility in unimapgen to do most of the work for me
