I'm using this to make notes so it wont make sense yet, will get some details ready for tonight with luck. Ground Units: Unit | Cost | Arm | Dmg/Tick | Targets | FO | (TA)Assault Tank | 3345/42 | 70 | 30(80%) | RL-TA-ME | 2 | (CY)Cyborg | 980/12 | 30 | 12(90%) | CY-PDS-TA | 1 | (ME)Mech Asslt Veh | 18145/108 | 150 | 80(70%) | PDS-ME-RL | 4 | (RL)Mob Rocket Lnc | 7725/261 | 90 | 50(75%) | TA-CY-PDS | 3 |
So, Cyborgs are best value for money, so concentrate on those. However, also build a lot of Tanks as they can kill ME and RL, get a small number of ME and RL as well, for defending. I don't think you can change firing order for ground units, but it's not a huge issue, but another reason to concentrate on Cyborgs and then Tanks.

I'd not worry about anti PDS capability for ground units, use ships if you need to take out PDS as they are much more effective.
Worth having a few Rocket Launchers as they can target Cyborgs who can't fire back at them.
I'd go for something like 80% CY, 5% Tanks, 14% RL and just 1% ME as a force make-up.
