Just received this:
[Torinarg (001:02:4:14)] * NEWS FLASH * - Scientists on Torinarg reported massive distrubances in the gravitational field of the planet. It is thought these disturbances coincided with the completion of a Guardian Space Station. During the disturbances contact with the Guardian Space Station was lost as it broke orbit and began drifting into space. As yet, no one has been able to explain the gravitational disturbances or the apparent total failure of the Guardian Space Station guidance and propulsion systems, or if infact the two events are linked at all.
So there seems to be a renegade SS floating about the place, pining for its former home and loved ones.

LOL - I wonder if this is a random chance whenever you build a SS?

Do you already have space stations on the planet?

Yes - this one would have been the fourth. I wonder if it's a limiting mechanism. I've got three SS on each planet without any trouble. This was the first planet to go for four and off it floats!

Could be, I see that old rusty has 3 on his home planet, maybe 3 is the limit? SS can’t target FR so plan z would still be feasible against a planet guarded with SS.

Yes, 3 is the limit. I found that the hard way - lost 7 Guardians due to this stupid *undocumented* "feature".
