My main hard disk kicked the bucked (fu.ck! fu.ck! fu.ck! fu.ck! fu.ck!), so I won't be able to connect as much as I usually would.  Will take few days before I'm fully operational again. |

I'm back.
Warning? Well, yes, actually. It started to make strange clicking noises more and more often.
I will have to take it to data recovery firm. I'm afraid that's *expensive*. Double fu.ck!!!
At least I have a new disk. Hope this one lasts longer. Oh, yes - the one that died was 120GB Maxtor ATA/133. Just so you know.

All my disks are various (ranging from 20G to 160G)Seagate Barracudas, with 5 years warranty.
At least i can hear my hd's, since i builded the computer to a wall next to my head, without the casing... wanna see pic?

Sure. Btw, my new disk is also Barracuda, but the disk that died on me prior to that Maxtor was also a Barracuda. I don't know what to think... fingers crossed.  |
