Dwarfs spend 1 hour in mountains like all races in plains but 1,5 hours in downs.. For me it is logically unsound. In mild hills spend 1,5 hours and in hard mountains 1 hour. It would be more appropriate 1,5 in downs like other and 2 hours in mountains unlike others which spend 3 hours.

Nah, 1 hour on any rugged terrain, 3 hours in forests.

I mean what I'd like, not what is... Ha ha..that's another story..but honest dwarfs should move better in forests than in hills or mountains..They ar so small that woods don't slower them at all.

Mislav is not D&D or fantasy fan, so he doesn't know what blasphemy he just produced... ;D
But seriously, it wouldn't be right that dwarves move faster in both mountains and forests.
I think that current setting is fine.

Personally, I think dwarfs (dwarves?) should move as fast on downs as they do on the plains, and only slightly slower in mountains. OTOH, they should tire no more in the mountains than they do when travelling through plains and downs. Forests are another matter altogether. Dwarfs should get a heavy penalty for moving through forests. I'd also advocate a localised modifier for courage, so that dwarf courage would be boosted when fighting in mountains and reduced when fighting in forests. This would not affect the base courage of the dwarf lord, of course. Finally, I don't think we should have dwarf riders, unless someone wants to introduce some really small ponies into the game.
