I can't put it off for much longer! Yes, I need to address the hopelessly inadequate invites system.
To keep things simple and get the eternally delayed beta out to you all, here are the 2 simple rules that I propose:
1. Games cannot start until ALL players have accepted 2. If any player declines, the entire game is cancelled. After all, the game was established to play with all the selected players, so without 1 or 2 of them, it becomes a different game. Easy enough to create a new one.
Please mull over and let me know if it will work from a *process* point of view.

It's been said before, but could you add to that some sort of viewer by which one could determine the nature of the game before accepting?
E.g. who else is in it, or at least number of players? If you've got 10 games going already, you want to select carefully those games which you will join. Or at least I do.
And especially if Celebaglar is in it, could it flash with some sort of red warning symbol?

Yes, the list of invitees will be added in the new beta. I could also possibly include the list in the email that is sent out?
As for the red flashing icon... well, I make it a policy never to get involved in private vendettas ;D

And especially if Celebaglar is in it, could it flash with some sort of red warning symbol? Bah! Just so you can run away? Actually, I agree with proposals 1 & 2, and with Ali's request for more info. (Note however that this info is already available in the "Games" list at the moment, but may change is games aren't listed until everyone has accepted)

The games will be listed as soon as they are created, since at present it will list the players as not having replied to the invite.
