As for the DBS issue I'm sure even your own sources can agree that has nothing to do with either myself nor the current [Morkin]. I will certainly not be waiting for the resolution of that issue before recolonising the isle.
If you are confused as to the directives of [Morkin] and [-MT-] I am sure ajdub might be able to help you out. So far I believe he has the jist of the difference between the two (unless of course I am mistaken).

scoots of [Digg] was cc'ed into the messages here that I sent but he never replied (although they were read).

Even you should be in no doubt as to whom should be the owner after I sent you the attack reports - this was even acknowledged by yourself. I will retake my isle by force if necassary.

Personally I'd say don't quote me about policies; I could run you about all day and all night about them.
Instead I'll say it now and I'll say it once; when I clear an isle I take an isle - when I colonise an isle someone else has cleared I'll give it back (references can be provided if you want them but I highly doubt you'll listen).
Delay and confer with your buddies all you want but once my Outbox reads 1 day after I sent you the relevant message I WILL be coming for that isle. Take it either way you want; cooperatively or like a Puttana!. Choose your own future.
PS. Oh and I havn't intentionally EVER sent a fleet against a Digg member (let alone catted them as well). I recently sent some fleets to flatten my brothers isle before Digg colonised it and believe me now - I would do that again and again untill he had none left if I could have.
24 hours has passed since the mail so I started to make some more steps. I decided to inform, or at least try and get a reply out of Loafnut, a different [Digg] admin.
