I think I finally managed to fix the time-limit bug, if anyone has some spare time and wouldn't mind testing it, please visit:

Try a game with a time limit, if the time limit is reached with 1 or more players not having taken their turn, the game should proceed to the next turn.

Let me know if it works or not please and if not what happened.

I added tanks to it and up to 8 player games, plus a World map, did you try any of that?

Assuming the time limit is working then I am going to add air-power soon.
