Just turned on the computer and found this message from Pinky:
I leave it up to everybody to decide if they want to honour this request for themselves, but personally I have launched two new attacks at Alpha, and a new colonising attempt at Delta.
If we, as an alliance, make a decision on his request, I will forward it to him.

Subject: armistice
I would like to request an armistice for the next 3 days (1st-3rd of January inclusive). This is a decision i am making against my morals but i want to go out and get very drunk over the next few days and im sure you have similar plans.
The war can resume after this period if you wish but either way i would be gratified if you could respond with your alliances decision.
For mine and weases part you have our word that if the armistice should come into place we will take no military action towards any of your members.
